  • How does it work?

    1. Accumulate and accrue UDONS with each visit or order (3 UDONS for every €1 spent at UDON) and redeem them on your next visit to UDON for direct discounts off your bill (€1 off for every 100 UDONS accumulated)

    2. Get extra gifts and promotions for joining the club, for your loyalty, for your birthday, for playing with us, and just because!

    3. Check your UDONS balance in your account, redeem your available gifts, or pay using the discount obtained from euros you accumulated when visiting restaurants (it will only be possible to redeem UDONES from 250 UDONS and above)

    4. When you come to the restaurant, place your order using the QR codes you’ll find on each table or identify at the checkout -with your email or the UDON Wallet Pass, which you can download here– at the time of paying and accrue UDONS

    5. If you prefer home delivery, you’ll automatically accumulate UDONS for placing your order on udon.com/delivery

  • Where can I redeem my UDONES?

    Earn points and redeem your UDONS for discounts on your receipt at your nearest UDON restaurant. Temporarily, UDONS cannot be earned or redeemed at the following locations:

    • UDON Barajas Kiosk T1
    • UDON Barajas Kiosk T2
    • UDON Barajas Kiosk T4
    • UDON Ifema
    • UDON Jonquera
    • UDON Puerto Venecia
    • UDON Travessera
    • UDON Viladecans

    Likewise, UDONS cannot be earned or redeemed at UDON’s international restaurants in Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Portugal, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and the USA.

  • Do my UDONS expire?

    No, your UDONS do not expire.

  • How can I update my personal details or email address?

    By accessing our web portal, in the “My Profile” and “Personal Information” sections, you can update your personal details and email address.

  • What’s the maximum amount that can be redeemed in one go?

    You may redeem a maximum of 10 euros (1,000 UDONS) per visit. Likewise, it will only be possible to redeem UDONS from 250 UDONS (2.5 euros) and above.

  • Can UDONS be redeemed with the Midday Menu?

    With the Midday Menu, UDONS can only be accrued, but not redeemed. Neither will the UDON Lovers discount apply to other menus or other promotions.

  • How can I contact UDON?

    For any problem, questions or suggestions, you can contact Customer Service Department at 936 618 606 or at 628 016 820 from Monday to Sunday from 12:00am to 12:00pm or write to us in the CONTACT section of our website indicating the reason for your inquiry and we will answer you within 48 hours maximum.
