METHODOLOGY

The UDON University methodology is booming, using what is known as a flipped classroom. This methodology, under a comprehensive pedagogical approach, combines online training, on-the-job training and face-to-face training, both in technical-operational competencies and in transferable management skills.

  • Training Culture: the theoretical training falls on the participants and during the introductory on-the-job training the contents and procedures of the activity checklists are put into practice.
  • Tailored content: online content is activated as performance progresses and new responsibility is taken on.
  • Talent Manager & Restaurant Teams: they facilitate learning and mentor the participants, giving them feedback in real time and carrying out a competency evaluation at the end of the introductory training period.
